Player Ranks

Player Ranks aren't the same as Forum Ranks. Forum Ranks are just for fun. Player Ranks are for realz. Player ranks are a sign of respect but also superiority. You obey your superiors. Everyone will start at Recruit while all Head Admins will start at General. The Ranks are listed in order below. A rank can be worn in your name when on the server. Though, don't expect automatic respect if you aren't wearing your rank and your [LR] tag. Neither are required though. Lets just get to the stats!

Also, a new rule system is being implemented along with these ranks.

First let’s start with the new ranks, positions available, and what they mean.

When you are accepted into the Community, you will start at the rank of Recruit, this means that you are very new and still learning how things work. The Next rank is Corporal, this rank basically states that you know how things work, and are an average clan member. Also at the rank of Corporal your clan tag will be made, which will display your name, join date and current rank, and if you get promoted, it will be updated (we will discuss promotions later.)
The next rank is Sergeant, of which there are many relating ranks. At the rank of Sergeant you are able to apply to become an Observer. Your probably asking, what’s and Observer? An Observer is someone who “shadows” if you will, an administrator, and observes his techniques and how to be an admin. You do not have to be an Observer, it is just a position that becomes available and increases your chance of becoming an administrator sooner. The reason there are so many different ranks of Sergeant, is because at Warrant Officer, you become an admin (recruiter stage) and if we don’t think you are ready for admin, we will probably still promote you just keep you inside the Sergeant stage.

As mentioned above, at Warrant Officer, you earn your admin, however limited it may be. The Warrant Officer ranks will be equal to the Recruiter position in the old system, in which you will go through a trial period, an “Admin Boot Camp” if you will.

Once you reach the rank of 2nd lieutenant you are an approved administrator, if you do not pass the Warrant Officer period then you will be demoted back to a level of sergeant. All of the ranks above Major are senior admin positions, and will be more difficult to attain. And the rank of CC IS NOT attainable, but rather the rank of the community owner, Cake. General IS available but it is extremely hard to attain.

On to promotions, Promotions will come out as a section of the newsletter and part of the forums, Promotions will come out whenever the newsletter comes out, which will be every other week.
