Ranks... :l

honestly wtf is with the ranks... we arnt a war group playing CoD or a war game with ranks :l, the ranks r just making it harder for mods(admins) to get things done, im starting to see what use the ranks are... :l i'd honestly rather have a different form or ranks:



Guest: Unknown Player - New Guy

Respected: Starting to become an [LR] Member

Member: Current Member of [LR] - Has more power then respected

High Member: Help keep order of problems with lower ranks

Admin: Self explanatory

Super Admin: Self explanatory

Cake: Cake (Duh, what did u think I was ganna put? Owner?)

great idea, now how do we apply the ranks? in all honesty i dont see anything wrong with the current ranks though.

Hehehehe funny, but we worked long and hard on Ranks. They are here to stay. Also, I am planning on a CS:S division. Also, most people love our Ranks! When I posted thread I got like 9 messages on Steam that were like, "OMG! What rank am I?" Me: "RCT - Recruit" "HOLY SHIT! THATS AWESOME THANKS BRO!" See, I want to encourage our members to excel. You can't exactly put High Member in your Steam name without it seaming a little weird either.
Also, on Friday I will be putting promos in the Newsletter and on the forums! Keep it real peeps.

See hehehe, in about 10 minutes a person has already replied positively! So maybe we could think about saying our Ranks aren't meaningless? It means a lot to many of our members. Would you strip them of that? I don't find your strategy very err....... entertaining! See, our current Ranks are nice and creative. They also have their rules plotted out about admin and what Rank you can start your adminship career with LR! Please, consider out members and our rules. I'm not forcing you. If all the admins come up and the majority says no to Ranks I will remove them..... Also, I don't see the prob. You are not required to do anything with Ranks! You don't have to even wear your Clan tag.

Yeah, lets keep the ranks! They are fun and they are really creative! It just feels good when you move up the ranks.

Also, what must a [LR] member do to prove he is a full fledged member and to be promoted? Just wondering.

To get a promo you gotta be cooooooo. Try helping out on the servers, post some suggestions. Try signing up for Observer or something. Or give a pre-signup if you aren't a warrant officer yet Make sure you don't minge. Mingeing could fuck it up entirely for you for the entire 2 weeks to a month!
