Admin boot camp?

Well Just wondering when boot camp starts, and will I also be added to the Admins section of chat (where this probaly should be) Or does that come after I recieve Admin?

Im still learning how to use admin, such as not using no clip all the time, not pissing off Edaro, learning commands, binding crap, maybe a little !vote commands, etc.
